Just a little update, the joining has going above all expectation!
The Rooster and his lady, was having the ½ of the henhouse, and then with a pen out of the door I use to go in and out of the house. (the others just used their normal entrance).
Most of the day went like that, and when my ladies were very introverted in the new beautiful guy, and did not even bother whit the new lady, I closed them all out ½ hour before bedtime. And no fuss at all. The new hen is older and they respect her. And the rooster gives them all attention. So they thrive and went all to bed together - and there was no trouble yesterday and still no trouble today.
Nope Columbian brahma
You just can not see their feathered legs on this blurred picture + they are still young so they look small, compared to my new blue brahma hen.
And i godt a mix. the seller thought it was a brahma, but from the bare legs it was not - so it's moved home to my parents. (the black Columbian in the middel of the two white ones)
