New Rooster might have respiratory issues? Help!

A little update/comment: He is infact a rooster! A very gorgeous and big one at that! He still sounds very raspy when he does make noises. So I think its just his voice. He doesnt use his voice often though, so my neighbors are happy about that. He doesnt do the cock-a-doodle-doo noises in the mornings or anything. He's just a happy rooster who likes to attack his human's feet
