New Rooster

I just got some new chickens, and this is the rooster. He'll be a year old on Easter. Welsummer?

He doesn't look quite right for a welsummer, but could be part at least, or maybe just a less-than-stellar hatchery representation of the breed.

I had a cockerel like him and mine was a welsummer cross

can you take a picture from the front? Looks like his chest is laced. Could be a poor quality gold laced wyandotte with a single comb.
