Any one show Sebs. for 4-H projects? Wondering if the March-April hatchings are going to be old enough to show in the July judgings?

No, they won't be fully feathered with their adult plumage.

Our fair is in August....will the babies be feathered out if they hatch at the end of April?

I would say probably not quite, but not 100% sure on it.

They put on a full set of juveneile feathers then get adult plumage. A molting adult will feather in faster in my opinion.

They need 5-6 months to grow the longer feathers.
