The bug is upon me. I will be retiring at least 10 of my pullets. They are just about 2 and will become chicken pot pies. So I need to replace them. I have 5 California whites that are far too smart fo their own good, so they may join the trek to freezer camp.
I have 9 wee ones in the brooder who are 2 weeks and a few days old. I want to hatch out a bunch more. Plus I have a buddy with a green house who wants chicks to sell. If it goes well this year a home brew sportsman will be in the works.
