New Silkie pullet or cockerel?

I recently bought this 4 month old silkie from a breeder nearby. She told me she didn't know if it was a pullet or not, which is really what I wanted. What do you guys think? Also, what color would he/she be considered? Just a plain partridge?

I'm so angry it delted my post or something and refused to let me say anything! ARGHH computers!, Anyway, I had 4 silkies to start out with, and my Roos started to crow as soon as they were feathered in. I could also tell by the size of my hens and roos and even their stance was totally different and their personality. So just by looking at the build, and stance in this picture she looks like a pullet to me! But as you probably know, silkies are one of the hardest to guess at sometimes! Just watch its personality, stance and see if it tries to crow at all! My two silkies roos were totaly full of it and fiesty! They walked like they owned the world. My hens waddled slower, were smaller, and sweeter and WAY calmer! Good luck!
