New Silkie - toes turned in. Fixing Minion's feet

He is in the enclosure with the other chicks but in a plastic tub, and in the plastic tub I have a bowl with a shop towel so I can prop him into proper position. Soon as he is in a proper position, he goes to sleep. I have him away from the other chicks so they can't attack his feet. The temp is just about 98. They have a heat lamp but there is also a bathroom heater in the bathroom with them. (they are in the bathroom so its not cold at all) I have "Save-a-Chick" electrolytes and the probiotics for chicks that tractror supply sells. I got him drinking from an eye dropper so I put food in it and made a gruel and he ate quite a bit. I notice if I hold his feet down, he can stand up. So for the past few hours I had him on my lap on a towel doing that to get his balance working and his legs stronger. At least he is making an effort now... I also have been moving his little feet in "walking movements" and he is learning how to stay balanced doing that. Going to give it an all out effort anyway... He is back in his bowl asleep for awhile before we have another go with food/water and standing lessons.

I got him drinking gruel out of an oral baby medicine dropper before I went to sleep last night and first thing this morning. It holds one CC of liquid and most got in him, probably about .70 of the liquid though maybe more. I will do some more before I have to go to work. Anyone know how much he would need and how often? Today is his 3 day mark so if he still incapable of eating/drinking on his own, I will need to take him to the stable if the 7 hours I am there is too long for him to be without liquid intake. I am going to have to go get another heat lamp if I do that as the stable has no working heat in it anymore.

try give a small dish like a jar lid of water maybe one of scrambled egg

you would be able to say if any is used.. is where your placing it secure ? can you maintain a temp ?

He is trying to walk but he wants to hold his right leg up and keep it up before bringing his other foot up. (I took off his "shackles" so we could do some leg work) So I have to take his foot and press it down to show him to put it down before lifting other leg. We did leg work and feeding and resting while the football games were going on. I finally put him back to rest.
