I've been wanting birds for a long time. So of course I've been doing my homework for the last year or so. Any question I would Google, would list fantastic threads from this site. How could I resist not becoming a member when the time came for me to acquire my first flock! I pick up the silkies in a couple days from a friend and can't wait to see the kid's faces when we do!

I live in a very urban area, and wish to keep the friendliest, quietest, and cleanest coop I can! Just one more reason as to why I joined. Great site with Great advice!
 
Nice to meet you. The easiest way to have a clean, quiet , coop is not to get chickens.
