I transferred a bunch of roosters for a friend today and was given 2 leghorn hens as payment. The leghorns are sneezing and the owner said they’ve been treating with garlic lol I got them after dark and put them in an isolated coop away from my flock. So, I haven’t been able to full inspect for discharge, but when I put them in their coop I did hear a few sneezes while filling up a feeder & waterer for them. I have electrolytes that I will add to water in the morning, but is there anything else I can start or have on hand to help? VetRX, rooster booster, etc? I have multiple farm stores nearby for products, but a vet is hard to find around here.

Vets can’t help much if they brought a respiratory disease. Symptoms can sometimes help to identify if it is serious or not. Sneezing every few minutes for several weeks can be a sign of infectious bronchitis virus which runs it’s course over time and has no treatment. If you notice any eyelid swelling or eye bubbles or foam, then MG might be the problem. Coryza and others may have worse symptoms. Keep them quarantined from other birds for at least a month or return them.
