Just had to laugh at my brand new status "Overrun With Chickens"... as just this morning was discussing with my husband about thinning the flock before winter... and we've also lost several this summer to predators... probably the smallest flock I've had in 5-6 years! But I do love them! Fewer birds, even better care and spoiling.
