What is concerning is antibiotic resistant bacteria. It really is a cause for concern, not because it is going to wipe out the planet tomorrow, but because it is dangerous and has the potential to wreak havoc. In China antibiotics are available over the counter. They over prescribe and it's creating drug resistance in bacteria. It IS something to be concerned about but there is nothing we can do about it, the damage is being done and the average joe is powerless to stop the nations who are abusing antibiotics.

I never take antibiotics, I might if I was extremely ill but I believe in the power of my body to heal itself. We may very well be creating a superbug, but I sure won't be freaking out until it actually happens.
