Hi! I am new to all things chicken. I have been wanting them for years and finally got the ok from the hubs(or maybe I just did it) humm...either way it's all good. I have 3 baby Buff Orphingtons that are right at 3 weeks old, a silkie that is maybe 4 weeks and one older I am guessing maybe 7 or 8 week old...not sure what kind. I am super excited and think this will be a great place to ask questions and look up information!

Glad you could join us here! Congratulations on getting your new chicken adventures started :clap
I'm sure you will enjoy them very much. They sure are fun and very rewarding to keep.
If you are unsure of your birds the what breed gender section would be a great place to stop by with some pics ~ https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/15/what-breed-or-gender-is-this
I'm sure members there will be able to help you out.

Good luck for the future and enjoy BYC :frow

Hi and welcome to BYC - great to have you onboard with us. I have been known to develop selective amnesia when it comes to setting eggs under my hens - it just seems to happen [IMG]

    Best wishes
