New to baby ducks? Need all the advice I can get?

Heres their brooder:

T
here is wire underneath the waterer, so it any splashed drops into a pan below, but you can't really see it because I threw a couple old towels in there last second after they got here. They were picking at the bedding so I threw it down. I've heard you can let ducklings go for a little splash time as long as the water is warm, not deep and you are supervising them, is this true? I just want to make sure. Having ducks is such a new thing. Here are some pictures, they aren't great but the suckers move so much I couldn't get a decent pic.

The brooder is made from a large tote, with holes cut into the top and side (one on the bottom for the waterer too.) and covered in wire meshy stuff. Took me about two hours to put together, and as I got done with it my brother brought in my 4 little ducklings

I'm so excited to raise these little guys!
