New to backyardchickens

Hello.
We are a new-to-chickens family near Denver.
What a great forum with such a wealth of information.
We have 7 chicks right now about 20 days old.
Americanas, gold sex link, buckeye, welsummer, Plymouth barred rock.
We had an amazing little Buttercup chick but we lost her due to an eaten string.
I just loved the personality of the buttercup and will definitely get more in the future.

Looking forward to reading through lots of posts.
