Just got into brahma keeping and a client of mine gave me the contact of his client and these are choices for me to get a breeding pair of 1month old brahma's and out of all the varieties I see online the dark brahma is my favorite followed by buff and with the knowledge I have gathered so far I can tell that the first 2 pics are light Sussex and buff but I don't know the other varieties if I could get help identifying and if you have photos of adults I'd like to see b4 purchasing

This male was my pick originally as a dark variety but the white coming in on his chest is giving me second thought

These birds are not up to standard. Brahmas can’t have vulture hocks, the hard feathers that shoot of the legs.

I also like to dark Brahmas. Hope to get some more sometime.

These don't look quite right to me as far as color goes. I think they are mixed colors or just not great examples of their color varieties. The white one in the last picture doesn't even have the right leg color for a Brahma. If you like them, there's nothing wrong with giving one or more a try if the price is right, but buyer beware.

Ohh they're not for show so I guess the hock doesn't matter but like @JedJackson said they are kinda a mix of varieties cus they came from two hens a light Sussex and dark not sure about the roo

But if you were to advise on a pair from those which would it be based off of which is closest to the breed standard
