New to brahma chickens

Just spoke with the breeder and he says the roo is a golden partridge
I believe the buff's a good pick I'd be going to his place come Tuesday to see them with my own eyes thank you🙏
Those chicks then will not be pure for buff Columbian. If you plan to get a pair and breed them don’t sell the chicks as pure buff Brahmas.

Updates on our development

Just got this young female two days ago and Im pleased with her all round physic being 3weeks+ she has feathers on her 4 toes making her a good partner for my buff with one toe feathering, believing her variety is buff but out of all her buff siblings she's the only one with black markings, what do you-all think would it be alright to let her breed with my dark male as well?

Breeding her to him will possibly give you some chicks with all toes feathered. Feathered feet are complicated. There’s like 11 genes in feet feathering.

Alright I also was told that she wasn't no buff but golden partridge pullet please how true is that, I'm clueless on her variety
