New to BYC! 😄🐔🐓🐣🐤🐥

Thank you for the welcome! We also have a Dobie! He is about 5-6 and love to go go go! 😄
I'm on adopted Dobie#6 and she, like the 5 before her, likes to go, go, go! I free run her as often as I can.

Welcome to Backyard Chickens.

I love your Dobe. I think they are the most graceful, beautiful dogs on earth. I always wanted one but my mother only allowed Cocker Spaniels. I've been dogless since my last passed at 14 from cancer(?) vet wasn't sure what he had. But, had to have him put down Jan.1989.

Can't afford a dog anymore. No car, no vet within walking distance. Plus I am a senior now and can't afford me AND A PET. :hit.Dogs don't have medicare.

She is beautiful! 😍👍 my husband adopted Blue before we met and he is a real clown! We got this house mostly for him its on an acre and we have most of it fenced in, in addition to lots of walks and I try to run with him but it tough to keep up haha 😂🤣 and once we got the house we go the chickens! And our other dog is lazy she thinks it is a drag to walk all the time the back yard to use the bathroom 😂🤣

Thank you for the welcome! Yes they are very beautiful but have a lot of needs energy-wise even though he's five or six he acts like he is one and if he does not get his daily exercise he needs he will have no problem letting you know 😂🤣 I'm not sure if its just him or all Dobermans! Lol I'm so sorry about your cocker spaniel :( that is tough. Its never easy losing a pet. :,(

That's cool I've seen those before! They probably love not having as many feathers as other chickens. Good to know I haven't gotten there yet I already clean it quite a bit since the girls love throwing dirt in drinking part of the waterer! Ill have to look up some anti algae waterers i did not even think of that. 😄🤔 all my girls were born in November so this will be their first summer.

I have another hatch due of these tomorrow.
