Hello all I am Charity! I live in Woodlawn ATM a small town outside of Clarksville (Ft. Campbell home of the 101st airborne to anyone familiar)! I always wanted a small farm unfortunately we can only have chickens no live stock. It wasn't until the youngest of my six (OMG

, and one 4 week old that the store gave me because she had a bad leg and was unable to walk or stand she is now standing on her own and relearning to walk it's only been three days

, I couldn't stand for her to stay there and die!! Thankfully my husband understands my need to save the world!! I am very excited about my journey and can't wait to become more involved with like minded people!!

Thank y'all for the warm welcomes!! I have been reading, reading and more reading so may of the forums and learning about my new babies for the last month!! Kinda trolling, I guess

At first I was blow away by people's attachments to the birds then a week ago I brought home my seven 1 week olds... I found myself waking up at night to check on them. Like oh my I'm gonna be the crazy chicken lady... then three days ago I went to get the ducks and started talking to the boy working in chicks that day and he told me about the injured one! Now I am so in

love! I just want to keep and protect them all!! The ducks were my husbands, he had them as a child he loved his duck!! I love my chickens!!
