New to BYC and chicks

Just wanted to say Hi to everyone.
I run a farm in Chesterton/Westville in Northwest Indiana -- Great Inspirations Farm - we are a CSA/market grower. We will be starting chicks in the near future. A friend of mine mentioned BYC to me a while ago and I figured since I'm getting close to that time I might as well join and learn all that I can and maybe meet a few people in the meantime.
Looking forward to reading all your experiences and learning!
