New To BYC from Alpharetta GA looking to relo to Maui!

Just wanted to say "Aloha!" or "Hi Y'all".
Currently have 1 black Marans hen and 1 blue/copper Marans Roo-He is beautiful!
Also, 1 Buff Orp hen and roo

Saw where there were a few people on Maui w/chickens, exciting! We are looking to move within the next 6 months, unfortunately can't take my current flock with me. Hoping to meet some new folks soon!
Would love to hear about other challenges everyone is having so I can prepare in advance. Does anyone know if there are Black/Copper Marans on the islands? I know there are cuckoos, but I want black or b/c. Might have to ship in eggs if not.
