Hello everyone, been looking around here on the site for years now, its amazing what you can learn from a place like this, it is great ,we have had chickens for years and we learn new things everyday and are very greatful to all the members here for posting info and questions . i grew up on a farm and have always had various types of animals including chickens, and all types of cattle.

we have multiple breeds, marans black copper, and wheaton, wyandottes of many varietys, buff orpingtons, rhode island reds, light brahmas, dominiques, barred rocks, leghorns( white, black, buff and brown) , and are planning to add a few new breeds before next spring.

gamefowl, malays, white kelso, kelso, aseel, minor blue, velcros.

bourbon red turkeys, call ducks, and are planning on adding a breed of geese to our little flock of friends.

we have a little spot of land on top of a hill in overton county tenessee, two kids , a couple dogs, some cats for the mice around the barn, and a few horses.

Anyways enough about us, we are proud to be members here and will try and help in any way possible in the future, as we have been helped in the past form this site.
