new to BYC

hello!! new to BYC.
my older flock attacked my younger polish chicken. she is now in my bathroom with the skin on her head pealed over her face. i can't see her eyes. it's so bloody and i don't want to touch her. she is breathing. but hasn't lifted her head. she can fluff her feathers still. any suggestions?!?!

thank you. yeah, they got her really bad. so we are going to wait it out through the night and tomorrow. she won't open her eyes. i feel horrible.

after reading your description I am as upset about it as you are. Chickens can turn cannibalistic in a flash.
