Have had my chicks for 5 weeks now. Growing quickly and anxious to get into their new coop outside very soon. New to chickens after tossing the idea around for a few years. Most worry is about predators, lots of raccoons, foxes and minks in the area. Have a 4x8 coop with underneath run and a 4x8 run attached. Should I also put out some electric wire or is there any other suggestions out there from fellow New England chicken peeps.
