Hey I'm new to byc. I'm from Suffolk, UK . I have 5 Rhode island reds n 1 is broody so I brought her 6 Eggs 3 light sussex 3 black Orpington. The 3 lights have hatch on Tuesday the 2 Orpingtons haven't. We had 3 Orpingtons but one has completely vanished we are thinking either a rat got it or someone stole it. How long shall I give the 2 remaining Eggs to hatch

At this stage I would candle the unhatched eggs to check for viability and you can also "tap" them to check for signs of life. Hold them against your ear and gently tap them with a fingernail. If there's a live chick in there it will let you know. Fingers crossed!
