New to byc

I have 2 jersey giant

chickens named blacky and the other Stella and was wondering on how many sq feet of coop/run area I need thanks for your time

also is it bad I got three eggs and only have 2 chickens over a span of 24 hours?

Wow! Two girls and three eggs!!!!!

If you let them range around, their coop area needs are smaller than if they are to be kept in a coop and tractor in which you will want more space for them.

4 sq ft inside and 10 sq ft outside
of course more is better,
3 eggs in a day from 2 chickens i'de say you are lucky

Yes, I agree it's nothing to worry about. Just good luck. Sometimes chickens will lay more than once in a day especially when they're young.
