This is my first post ever because I had to share my excitement with someone who would understand! I have hatched ducks successfully many times, but without really knowing what I was doing. With the help of this site I have become much more knowledgable, and this time have decided to learn to candle successfully. Last Thursday i set 5 ducks eggs that were found abandoned by a friend's ducks. I have been candling them every day, but didn't see anything. Yesterday, I saw fully formed air sacs and tiny tiny babies swimming around inside their eggs!!! I am so amazed and excited, but sadly my kids are only politely interested. Yeah yeah!!! It is so incredible!!!
