Hello & welcome all the way from southern TN! Just make sure those babies are getting the right temps from week to week & soon enough you won't have to worry as much about them! This site pretty much has everything you need to know with plenty of kind folks to offer their advice. In addition to this site, I'd also recommend "The Chicken Chick"'s blog. She. Is. Genius.
