New to chickens and PA

Just moved to PA from Florida. We just took the dive into chickens. Ordered a 5x8 lean to style coop, will need to figure out the run. Have 3 new Golden Red Sexlink chicks with 5 Dominique and 5 Speckled Sussex on the way now.

Rule of thumb allows 4-5 sg.feet per bird IN the coop excluding nest boxes & roosts. There should be 10 sg.feet per bird in the enclosed run. Chickens are very unhappy when they are too crowded and that expresses itself in damaging ways.
