Hi Ayla, I used to live in north central FL and one thing you'll have to be prepared for is the heat. Keep extra waterers available and provide as much shade as possible (natural and man-made). Another tip, introduce yourself to your state thread because you'll find a lot of help dealing with your climate there: Florida
