In a brooder of 13 bantams this chicken will fall asleep on my chest and has always fell asleep in my hand as a baby. Is this normal? LOL. Does that mean he likes me?

Chickens do not experience LOVE same way as higher forms of mammal pets do.
But chicks have a natural tendency to be cared for by a broody chicken mom. They seek out the warmth given.
So your chick seeks out same comfort desired. :love
Keep us posted with the progress of your Banties.
I also currently only have Bantams at this time. They are my pets.
