New to Chickens in KY

Hello all!! My husband and I are getting ready to build us a chicken coop and invest in some chickens for our micro-mini farm. We just got 2 little piggies a couple days ago but Im really excited to get me some chickens! Any advice on the coop or type of chickens to get would be appreciated! Thanks!

If you go to "where am I, where are you," you can post on your state thread that would give you info tailored to your locale and climate. There may be others living near you that could direct you to feed stores etc., or people selling the breeds you like
