One thing i learned after my first batch of serama babies is that there is NO way to tell how they are gonna finish out. I have had yellow chicks turn out really dark after a few months. The boys will have a more pronounced comb after just a few weeks then you will be able to tell for sure who is a pullet and who is a cockerel. They feather in really fast. They also begin to lay very young, at least mine did at 4-5 months old. I recently sold a trio to a teenager who is building up a flock of his own and the hen had laid her first egg before she was even 3 months old!!! You are gonna fall in love with this breed, I sure did and now i'm hopelessly addicted to seramas. I have even considered just sticking to that breed but then my big chunky cochin bantam comes up and sits on my lap and coo's at me which quickly changes my mind!
Congrats on your new babies, they are sooo adorable!!
