New to chickens

I have discovered my new-found love; I have been raising my chicks since 1 day old (4 months old now) and I'm hoping to hatch my own out soon. It turns out that one of my 'pullets' is most likely a 'roo' and I'm actually pleasantly surprised. I'm looking forward to the excellent advice I receive on here by those who are much more experienced than I am.
