I think I have made sure that they have plenty of room because that has been one of my biggest concerns. I will also be cleaning daily or more if needed. I want them to have as healthy a start as possible! Thanks for your response!

Sounds like you are off to a great start! I think it is wonderful that you have educated yourself a bit before you even get your chickens. I have two Easter Eggers in my flock and they are the cutest! They have so much energy compared to my big girls and with their puffy little cheeks, they always look so comical! My girls bring me such joy and I love spending time with them even if it is just picking up their poop, LOL!

ACV and Garlic don't really do anything except the ACV will keep the water cleaner-- but can use stainless steel with it.

It is best to give them some vitamins a couple of days a week. Instructions will be on the package.

Chick starter is a complete food for chicks and the layer feed later for the pullets\hens
