New to chickens!

Hello! My name is Amy, and I’m new to the chicken scene! I have three backyard chickens. A Barred Rock and Black Australorp, and an Isa Brown. Like many people, I live within the city limits, and can only have hens. I’m really worried about my Isa Brown being a cockerel. I thought the females are brown, white white tail feathers, which (s)he has, but now the tail feathers are starting to curl. She’s 13 weeks old, maybe even 14 weeks. Can I please get an opinion?
