New to chickens

Hello,

My wife and I are looking at starting to raise some chickens. So, looking at coop options for up to 10-12 birds max. Hoping to get started this coming spring.

Here's a link to the chicken coop section, whatever you do, don't buy a prefab! They are stupid expensive, not predator proof and cheaply made. Not to mention, what ever number of chickens they say they can hold, divide by 3 for realistic numbers.

Lots if options for coops. The more room you give them the better.
Also getting a few chickens sometimes leads to what they call chicken math.
example:
11 hens + 1 rooster= I want more!...Much More!
