New to chickens

Hi, I am very excited to be getting my first chicks in a few weeks and joined the community to help guide my journey. I currently have 2 dogs and 2 nigerian dwarf goats and can't wait to add the girls to our chaos. My best friend who started her flock last year recommended your forum. Thanks in advance for all the help and advice!
