My son-in-law purchased the chicks 2 years ago from a mail-order hatchery. He got a "budget assortment" and apparently wasn't given the breed names. He guessed by doing some internet searching but I'd really appreciate some input for confirmation. I'm attaching pictures. Thank you in advance if you can identify the breeds!

I have been in a similar situation only it was a daughter with a dog. She moved to where she wasn't allowed to have pets so we inherited her dog. It was an old dog but never bothered the birds. It did have the run of our property day and night and while she was with us we had no predator problem but she had issues and eventually had to be put to sleep. She was a good dog. Again, good luck and have fun with your new flock...
