Welcome to BYC! I've seen the OverEZ coops and they are well built.
I'd stick to smaller breeds, though, because the roost is way too close to the wall for larger breeds to use it.

I saw a video about someone's roost being too close to the wall and their chicken pooped all over the wall. After seeing that, I decided to put some hooks up and hang some linoleum between the roost and wall so I can remove it to clean the poop off.
