New To Chickens!

Thank you everyone! After I posted here, I ended up finding a VERY LOCAL chicken farmer. We went to his farm and hand picked seven chicks. I got: Silver Wyandotte, Cherry Egger, mille fleur d'uccle bantam, white leghorn, buff orpington, New Hampshire Red, black australorp. The mille has a possibility of being a male, but he would take him back if we didn't want a Rooster. I have a feeling we'd keep him anyway. I've taken photos and I'll likely put them up if there's a photo section. I am IN LOVE with them!

Well so glad you joined us and a BIG hello from Indiana

You can intergrate diff ages together when the new are full sized and there will be a new pecking order established but after a few days they all chill out.
