New to Chickens

Hello! I'm new to chickens, and do not currently have any. I found this website while doing an internet search on building chicken tractors. I want to learn all I can before I get my chickens. I'm very interested in historic breeds.
I have 2 dogs, 3 goats (pets), 3 betta fish, and 2 hives of honeybees. I love animals!!!
