What is the best for my chucks pellet or mash

It is entirely up to you. There is no difference in nutrient values between dry, wet, pellets, crumbles or mash if they are all made from the same thing. Your chickens may prefer one over the other. Lots of members into Fermenting feed these days. Excellent food source for chickens.
