Need a little help determining the gender of my two chicks and whether they are cuckoo marans or BRs.

looked to be barred rock pullets. Is that lacing on the chest of the one sideways? If it is, it's most likely a commercial black.

Sorry i am a noob when it comes to chickens so not sure what lacing is....

These are laced:
Silver laced

Golden laced

No lacing

If your chicks have pinkish white legs with or without black wash, then they are cuckoo marans. If they have yellow legs with or without the black wash, then they are either barred rocks or dominiques.

I think you misunderstood what I'm saying. I know what she was asking but the one looks like it has lacing on the chest area and if it does than it's not a laced anything or a barred rock, it would be a commercial black.
If that wasn't for me than sorry I misunderstood.
