New to cochins... help please!

I'm new to cochins and am having a difficult time determining gender. These are two bantams, the first (Hungry Jack) is frizzled and about 9 weeks old. The second (Aunt Jemima) is around 4-5 weeks. Any ideas on gender? Thanks for looking!

Top frizzled one looks like a pullet, the barred cochin in the bottom pic looks like a roo.

Both look like roos to me. The first is way too red in the comb and waddles with very large waddles for a pullet. My year old hen doesn't even have waddles that big. Frizzles are so much fun though.

uh oh --looks like two roos. Our black Cochin Frizzle was a roo too --sweet as could be, but crowing roo that isn't allowed in out area nontheless
