New to ducks

Update: the following day the white thing was gone and her eye just looked red. She was still keeping the eye closed, but not as much. The third day she looked pretty good. This is the pic I snapped on day 3. I had ended up using 2 drops of pink eye drops* in the morning and evening on the first and second days. In the afternoons I applied the Vetericyn.
(* the pink eye drops were for humans. One friend thought that sounded fine, but another said ducks are more sensitive to chemicals. The drops I had listed fewer preservatives than the Vetericyn, so I made a decision to use them also.)
