They make great cakes and bakes. I suppose that you can't sell them either because of the salmonella testing.(?) We cook up our surplus as scrambled eggs and it feeds the dogs once or twice a week with mixer biscuits...Just some suggestions, or you could cook them and feed them back to the hens. It would save on food and means that you aren't just wasting them....
