New to everything, already need help

Welcome to BYC.
They are probably a little intimidated by the ramp and the coop. However, you need to put them in and close their door at night, because that chicken wire will not protect them from predators. I'd upgrade to hardware cloth and roof the entire run, because as it gets warmer, they'll need to spend more time in the run.
Do you think the ramp is too steep? Or can ramps just be intimidating in general?

I've noticed that my Littles are generally afraid of the ramps. even though they can fly up into a doorway, they'll stand at the bottom of a ramp and "cry" if their mom goes in the coop. Lol. They figure it out, some faster than others. I usually put them in for the first few days. (They usually spend the first week or two in an outdoor brooder. Here, moms decide when it's time to go into the coop.)
