I’m buying a small coop today. I’ve never done this b4 and have NO experience. When’s the best time of year to purchase chicks?

Hmmm I think the best time to get chicks would be winter because they’ll be in the brooder all nice and warm through the cold months and then when the warm season comes, they’ll be ready to go outside. Either that or very early spring so they’ll be fully feathered by the time winter comes.
