Thought I'd introduce myself. I grew up in rural Kentucky. We kept dogs, pigs, chickens and various other animals. Since adulthood I've lived in various areas/situations. For about 10 years we (wife and 3 kids) owned a farm. We had chickens, horses (27 at one time), a dog kennel, goats, pigs, rabbits etc. For the past 5 years we were in town and couldn't have animals. We're back in a situation where we can again have animals and I find that I miss the chickens most. I recently ordered Blue Andalusians and Golden Campines. They are 1 week old and doing great. I'll try to post pics of them and my coop later.

Welcome to the forums, eh..

I grew up in rural PA and moved to college town KY.. Though finally in the county now, which beats the city hands down.

Looking forward to seeing your birds, coop and for that matter what ever else you feel like sharing..
