I built this coop for around $75. The wood, roof metal, hinges, paint, etc. I already had. These were left-overs from past projects. Been lugging that stuff around through 2 moves and about 5-6 years. I guess I'm a bit of a packrat. I had to buy concrete, to mix by hand, for the floor and buy wood screws to put it all together. The main expense was the lot. Treated wood and chicken wire adds up quick!
